Shipping Policy

BLNK Lingerie & Swim ships all of our orders via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make from BLNK Lingerie & Swim LLC, if you may need to exchange or return an item, we offer an easy, no-hassle 30-day return policy for all ONLINE purchases. You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. 

Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed after it is received. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.

Unfortunately, you cannot return worn or washed items purchased on the BLNK Lingerie & Swim website or at BLNK Lingerie & Swim store locations.

• Hand washing is preferred over machine washing
• Alcohol free detergents are best
• Fill your sink with lukewarm water and add an alcohol free detergent.
• Soak lingerie for up to an hour • Gently rub the fabric together to remove dirt
• Rinse in cool water (until the water runs clear)
• Lay garment flat on a towel
• Lay another towel over top and press to remove extra water
• Always hang to dry

If you must wash in a machine, turn delicates inside-out and fasten clasps. Use cool-warm water temperature and air dry only.
